"Customer service never followed up"
I emailed customer service and didn’t hear back for days, which was really frustrating. In the end, I had to figure everything out on my own. It made me lose trust in them because if something goes wrong, I don’t feel like I can count on anyone to help

"Not happy with the quality or the service"
I wasn’t impressed. The product felt cheap from the start and didn’t hold up well at all. I also had to chase them for a response, which just made the whole experience more frustrating. Wouldn’t buy again.

"Looks outdated and not worth the effort"
The site feels outdated. The design is messy and kind of cheap-looking, and I felt like I was wasting energy just trying to navigate it.

"Sooo pricey for what you get"
The products were okay, nothing terrible, but they felt waaay too expensive for the quality. I was expecting a better value, and it just didn’t really feel worth it to me

"Pretty frustrating to navigate"
I was just trying to find what I needed, but I kept getting turned around in the app. This is where it got annoying: every option felt like it led me somewhere else, and I ended up wasting way more time than I expected.

"Refund took a little while"
I mean, the return process was okay, but the refund did take a bit longer than I expected. Not a huge deal, just kind of slower than I was hoping.

"Box Was a Bit roughed Up"
My order showed up on time, which was nice, but the packaging looked Rough. The box was beat up and one corner was totally crushed. Luckily, nothing inside was broken, so That was a relief. Still, I expected the packaging to be a little better. Overall it was okay, just Not amazing

I just kind of got the feeling right away that there wasn’t much to pick from. It’s not bad, but I wish they had more options because the selection felt limited

"The long shipping time really stuck with me"
I just got my order after waiting almost three weeks, so that’s the main thing I’m thinking about right now. There weren’t really any useful updates along the way, which made it even more frustrating. Maybe the product is fine, but after dealing with that slow shipping so recently, it’s hard to feel great about the experience.
